they are not impact pilates excersize?
What do they mean when they say "covers the basic concepts and skills in the Pilates method conditioning, including core strength, muscle tone, coordination and flexibility. Non-impact exercises are modified for different carpet levels of condition physics. "I guess I can not understand what Matt is no impact excersize .. I mean I thought that meant there would be no difference in your body ..
No, does not mean that the impact does not have an impact on the joints – for example, running can put pressure on their knee joints. Pilates is slow, as the exercises yoga that uses your muscles, but are very low and slow effects, thus reducing your risk of injury or arthritis in later life. I have a DVD and you can actually feel it work, even though they only make very small movements / slow, and not get all sweaty and breathless.
